So today I called the eye specialist yet AGAIN to find out when they would finally have the letter the school needs to get TAKS test help for Cymbre since she is still having her eye issues. Well, they said they faxed it on the 15th. I told them that was interesting since neither the school or Dad had received it. Therefore, I needed them to fax it again. Then she said she didn't have fax numbers, so I asked her how they faxed it on the 15th. She didn't answer. I gave her the numbers for the third time, and told her I was going to wait on the phone....then when they said she was doing it I called Dad and the school and told them to watch for it.

So, when Dad brings the thing home...it's all about her LEFT EYE! And how the treatment would be to wear a patch.....GIVE ME A BREAK!!! It is her right eye, and they have NEVER told us to have her wear a patch. They keep telling us that her vision will return...and to keep them posted. That's a lot different than she needs to wear a patch. And what good would wearing a patch do for someone who can't see out of the thing anyway???? DUH!!

Come on doctors, we pay you enough you should be able to at least write a letter with the correct information!!! And it shouldn't take over a week to get the three sentence note faxed to the school, including 4 phone calls to find out what's going on.

Thank goodness, when I had her to the family Dr. today, he wrote me a note for the school that actually should be what we need.
