A Bit Overdue!

I am way overdue in doing a blog post, but just haven't had time.  So many things have happened that I currently have a two page list of things to catch up on here, but with prom and Cooper's graduation, and my Sunday School lesson, and the GRANDBABIES coming to visit, this grammie has other things taking priority!  So those things will be posted sooner of later!

For now, let's talk about prom and graduation:

So far I've fixed one prom dress for Cooper's friend, Megan, and Cooper's is in assorted peieces around the sewing room.  We bought a dress, but alas it is too big so I am fixing it.  Cooper has also recently come home with a couple of outfits for graduation, and you guessed it, they need fixing too!

And I spent last night sewing camp shorts for the YW at church....nothing like making pair after pair for a couple of hours!

I had everyone in the family cutting out graduations decorations last family home evening, and this one will be assembling the decorations!  Yes, even Dad!

I survived yet another trip to the dentist for this angry root canal that I had done a couple of weeks ago....I finally have the permanent filling, but it is still angry with me.  The dentist says it couple be a few more weeks.  He's always full of such terrific news!  Really nice guy, but I hate his office!

Guy and I made a prophet family feud game for my lesson last week, and several people across the world have asked for copies....guess more people read facebook and follow me than I realized!  So I am going to just mass email it out.  Now a jeopardy game is in progress. I have to constantly prove that I am still smarter than the priests and laurels....just saying.  If I was smart, I would just retire!

I am SO EXCITED that ALL the GRANDBABIES are coming for Cooper's graduation!  I have been shopping and have all kinds of fun things for them....we are going to have so much fun together.  JAcko wants to cook with Gwamma and play, and we have plans for the zoo, aquarium, and beach.  I also got a email that the circus was going to be in town, so we will see about that one too!  It will be so wonderful to have all of my family, minus Russell who has to work, together for a few days.  It's been a long time.

Some of Guy's family is also coming for graduation, so this place will be one big party for a couple of weeks.  Guess I better get my lessons pretty much done in advance!  Right after prom dresses, and graduation stuff.

Well, just wanted to post this so everyone will quit bugging me about updating my blog, and also know that I am still alive! 

Yes, we have even survived the latest round of lightning, pestilence, and installing some new windows ( a terrible mess)!  All of which are posts for later.
